Smokehouse Stuffed Rings*
The best starter since the invention of the onion ring. We start with thick-sliced onions breaded and fried to golden brown, then load'em up with BBQ beef, melted cheese, diced green onions and drizzle it all with lime sour cream and our own BBQ sauce.

Southwest BBQ  Pizza*
Who says you can't have pizza at a barbecue? This 7" pizza is made with spicy Southwestern BBQ sauce, tender grilled chicken, pico de gallo, avocado and melted cheese on a crispy flatbread crust. Have it as an appetizer-or grab one for lunch.

BBQ Chicken & Ribs*
Here's a combo worth getting fired up about. A half-rack of slow-braised BBQ baby back ribs paired with a full chicken breast, grilled 'til it's perfectly tender and smothered in BBQ sauce. Served with campfire beans and coleslaw.

Hog Heaven*
Tuck a napkin under your chin for this half-rack of BBQ baby back ribs, slow roasted until they're fall-off-the-bone tender, served alongside homemade pulled pork in our Southwestern BBQ sauce and piled high on a toasted bread. Served with campfire beans and coleslaw.

BBQ Salmon*
A tender 10 oz. salmon fillet lightly seasoned then pan roasted and basted with our own spicy Southwestern BBQ sauce. Served with bacon-whipped mashed potatoes and a Southwestern vegetable medley.

Shrimp Po' Boy Salad*
We took the best part of a Po' Boy and tossed it with fresh-chopped lettuce, corn, crunchy green beans and hearty-cut tomatoes along with diced red onions, cucumbers and julienned carrots. It's all topped with candied pecans and a spicy coleslaw dressing.

Big Ol' Rack o' Ribs*
When you want nothing but the best, and lots of it- we've got just the thing. Enjoy this full rack of our best BBQ baby back ribs, slow braised for hours until they're perfectly tender and falling off the bone. Served with campfire beans and coleslaw.
  
Spring Wine Selections
Pepperwood Grove,  Riesling
