Lobster & Shrimp Campanelle

WINTER WARMUP FEATURES

NEW ENGLAND LOBSTER DIP
Lobster Bisque, a holiday favorite, inspired this heavenly new dip.  We combine chunks of lobster, a blend of cheeses, tomatoes, sherry  and Brandy then sprinkle it with grated Parmesan and bake until golden brown.  Served with garlic and Parmesan crostinis.  We’re certain you’ll find this new Lobster dip irresistible!

CHAMPAGNE CHICKEN & SHRIMP
We sauté tender chicken breasts and shrimp with button mushrooms in our chefs’ special champagne sauce made from fresh cream, thyme and a pinch of parsley. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

CHAMPPS' 8oz FILET
Nothing says holidays like a perfectly prepared 8oz filet, drizzled with melted garlic butter.  Enjoy this classic steak with a side of Sugar Snap peas and our crispy Lyonnais potatoes- flash fried then sautéed with bacon and onions.
(Prefer a Baked Potato?  We bake them fresh from 4PM – 10PM, just ask your server to substitute)

LOBSTER & SHRIMP VODKA CAMANELLE
We start with perfectly cooked Campanelle Pasta (did you know that means “baby bells”?) and add lobster, shrimp and spinach.  It’s all tossed in a spicy Vodka Cream sauce and sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan and roasted red peppers.  Served with a warm buttered garlic roll.  (Prefer less spice? Our food is made from scratch, so ask your server to eliminate the red pepper for all the flavor, without the heat).

CORDON BLUE BURGER*
Our signature Champps burger gets dressed up for the holidays.  We top our juicy Angus beef patty with thinly sliced ham, sautéed mushrooms, Dijon relish and melted Swiss cheese.  Served with crispy hot fries.

Enjoy a slice of homemade Pumpkin Cheesecake baked in a graham cracker crust
and served with cinnamon nutmeg sauce and whipped cream.

A seasonal blend of berry flavors to get you in the holiday mood. Sauza Hornitos Plata tequila, Chambord Raspberry liqueur and triple sec are mixed with fresh sour, strawberry puree and cranberry juice for this festive marg!

Nothing says winter like robust beer. Malty caramel, a crisp finish and warm earthiness help heat-up those cold winter nights.

SAMUEL ADAMS BOSTON LAGER
Full bodied and complex. This Vienna style Lager features  sweet caramel balanced with distinct citrus and piney notes. A strong, smooth finish and mouthfeel top off this craft brew.

CHATEAU STE. MICHELLE, RIESLING
An off-dry Riesling that delivers a crisp taste of peach, ripe apricot and citrus flavors with subtle mineral notes. It is a pleasure to drink and easy to match with a variety of foods.
